Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso: How to Understand the Mind

In this five week course we will explore the parts of our mind that are always present and those that we need to train our mind. Through improving our understanding of how these function we can learn practical ways to make our mind peaceful and happy whatever our circumstances.

The classes are suitable for everyone, but are particularly helpful for those interested in learning more about Buddhist meditation and practice.

The classes are offered live on Monday evenings at 7pm at KMC Nottingham, Gedling House (also available online).
