On Our Terms: A Leadership Workshop for Women of Colour

Designed with and for Women of Colour, this interactive half-day workshop offers a nourishing, brave, and safe space to pause, reflect, and redefine leadership and success on our terms.

We know that Women of Colour face unique challenges at work that impact their professional growth and overall wellbeing. And we know support, advice, and resources are limited, and do not consider the contexts, intersections, values, and needs of Women of Colour.

Through a blended approach that combines storytelling, guided reflections, and group activities, we will explore how our lived experiences shape our career paths, set intentional goals for our future, and cocreate pathways for taking care of ourselves and our communities. Who is this for?

We welcome Women of Colour and non-binary folks from across the world, in all sectors and roles, and at any stage in their career journey.

Together, we’ll tap into the wisdom we carry, individually and collectively, release what no longer serves us, and name what we truly want next.

A Note on Ticketing

Due to different needs and personal circumstances, tickets are offered on a sliding scale. Please select the tier that matches most accurately with your current financial situation.
