Event description
Come and join us at our next on-site Church worship services.

About this event

We are delighted to share that booking is now open to join us at our on-site Church worship services in the Hillview building in conjunction with our Church at Home services. While the Church was never closed, our on-site services were, and we are excited to be able to meet again in the Hillview building.

We will have a limited capacity for this service to comply with government guidelines; therefore, we need to ticket the gathering to keep everyone safe. These services are limited to 50 people, with under 5s not included in the total number. The registrations will close on the Thursday before at noon.

You can book spaces for multiple households but, please note, you can only sit with the people you live with or those in your extended household. We will do our best to seat you near each other.

On Sunday 30th May we will host two in-person services as we once again take communion together. The first service will be at 9.30am and during this service (and only at this service) there will be Children's Church. Therefore if you have children, please book into this one! The second service will be at 11am as per normal.

To care for our community well, we ask that you follow all guidance including, observing a 2m distance and wearing face coverings inside - unless exempt from doing so. You can read all the exemptions here.

When registering please book spaces for everyone in your group including children, making sure to indicate how many are under the age of 5.

Changing or Cancelling Your Space

If you need to change or cancel your space please follow the link in your confirmation email called View and manage your order online. You can not edit your order but you can cancel your booking if it is not required or then rebook if fewer spaces are needed.

As stated above, the purpose for which we are processing your personal data is to assist with NHS Scotland’s efforts in tackling the coronavirus public health epidemic. This will involve the gathering and, when necessary, the sharing of information with NHS Scotland and statutory partners. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.

In order to assist in the containment of the virus, we will only share your data when it is requested directly by NHS Scotland and statutory partners. This will only be in the unlikely event there is a cluster of coronavirus cases linked to the premises.

For further information on the NHS Scotland Test and Protect strategy please visit the NHS website.

We use the third party system Eventbrite to collect this data and ticket the service. By registering for a ticket, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Eventbrite for processing. By clicking "Register", you accept the Terms of Service and have read the Privacy Policy.
