On the Frontline
For Community Professionals who give their all
Being in a frontline role is both vital and demanding. Whether you are caring, protecting, teaching, or responding, you show up every day for others, often at the cost of your own wellbeing, energy, and sense of purpose.
The weight of responsibility, constant exposure to distress, and pressure to hold it together often lead to stress, burnout, fatigue, and a loss of the original spark that brought you to this work. It’s more than physical exhaustion—it’s emotional. Compassion fatigue, moral injury, and emotional overload can start to feel like part of the job. But it doesn’t have to be.
There is a way back to balance. Through nervous system regulation, stress release, and subconscious reset, you can let go of what’s been carried too long.
This workshop creates a space to pause, breathe, and remember who you are beneath the burnout—a chance to feel supported, grounded, and reconnected to your purpose—because you matter too.
In this workshop and group hypnotherapy session you will:
- Connect with others who truly understand your experience.
- Understand your stress responses.
- Learn simple tools to regulate your nervous system.
- Release frontline stress and emotional fatigue.
- Leave feeling restored, energised and rebalanced.
