About this event
We’re excited to have your support as we celebrate the imagination, effort, and growth of every participant.
Join us for a joyful evening of movement, creativity, and celebration as we present the On The Move – End of Term Sharing! This special showcase brings together children and young people aged 4–17 to share what they’ve been working on in their weekly dance classes, with performances inspired by favourite films and an energy that’s all about lifting the vibes high for summer.
About On The Move:On The Move is a free, fully inclusive dance programme funded by The Prudence Trust, designed to make a meaningful impact on the well-being and self-esteem of children and young people—particularly those from low socio-economic backgrounds.
Led by East London Dance, the programme offers weekly dance classes, holiday projects, and performance opportunities for all levels. It also creates clear dance progression pathways through to our Youth Dance Company (ELYDC).
With deep roots in the local community and a commitment to access and inclusion, East London Dance continues to nurture the next generation of artists through passion, creativity, and care.
Let’s come together to cheer on these incredible young dancers and celebrate the power of movement to uplift, connect, and inspire!
