The popularity of our last live cook off has called for round 2 of the exciting cooking competition!
This time Colin Nash from The Three Tuns Inn and Ian Gibbs, Head Chef at The Burley Manor Hotel battle it out in the kitchen, against the clock! (please note due to an unexpected illness Colin Nash has now stepped in for the competition)
The chefs have 1.5 hours to produce a starter, main course and dessert (as a minimum) from ingredients which are a mystery to them before the clock begins!
It will then be down to you as the audience to taste each dish and choose your favourite chef.
The winner of this round will cook off against our last winner Ian Hewitt in early 2017 and we will crown the Cook at Purewell champion!
This event is in aid of St Margaret's Hospice, Purewell is a family business and a close member has received invaluable support and care from the Hospice this year. We would really like to raise as much as possible at this event to help St Margarets to continue offering this excellent care and support to other families. All profits from ticket sales will go to the hospice and we will also be running a bar and a raffle on the evening to try to raise as much as possible for this wonderful cause.
