“Once upon a time” - How to engage your audience through storytelling
Event Information
About this Event
Be prepared to settle down in a comfortable chair with a glass of your favorite tipple, be it alcoholic or non-alcoholic and then let’s do some storytelling!
We use stories to give meaning to our lives, to entertain, and to lift up our spirits.
If you want to know how to effectively use stories join our free online event to practice the most creative techniques for storytelling.
This workshop is specifically for those who want to use the power of storytelling in speeches, presentations, business pitches, meetings or just for fun.
In this event, you will learn:
What stories do
How do stories work (and why you should care!)
How to tell ‘em, with a storytelling structure provided and tips on how to use it and “layer" your stories
There will be an opportunity for you to practice your own storytelling
This workshop will be led by David Salamons, award-winning speaker, workshop presenter and storyteller.

David is also founder of City Limits Speakers - a successful public speaking and communications club which is a chartered member of the worldwide Toastmasters International public speaking organisation.
