Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds, so please make sure you are happy with any purchases you make, any items are sold as seen. No returns are accepted.

Do you sell pre-loved secondhand stock?

No, all our stock is new from previous season collections , samples and ex displays .

Do you offer online sales?

No, we do not have an online shop or offer a personal shopper service. If you'd like to buy our products, you have to attend our sale, or send a friend who can attend.

Will I have to queue ?

From 10am onwards please expect to queue for a limited amount of time. For VIP tickets we will aim to get you in within 15 minutes from opening time. From 12 oclock you will have to queue prior to entry but we cannot guarantee a maximum queuing time .

Do I need to check in my coat / Jacket on entry ?

Yes you do . We operate a secure cloack room on site, you will need to check in any bulky items including Hoodies , sweatshirts , Coats, Jackets, Handbags , hats and scarves due to shoplifters operating in this area . This is not negotiable and you won't be admitted inside the venue if you refuse
