August 17 | Focus & Flow is a special workshop series presented by Latinas in Wellness. This intentional gathering offers a sacred space for personal growth and self-care. Each session will explore themes like empowerment, mindfulness, and confidence through a blend of movement, meditation, journaling, and guided reflection—inviting participants to reconnect, realign, and integrate wellness into their daily lives.
September 21 | Join YogaSix for a slow-flow yoga class designed to help you explore individual postures and transitions at a comfortable pace. Perfect for newer students looking to build confidence and familiarity, as well as experienced yogis refining their alignment and deepening their practice. This class gently engages, opens, and strengthens the body through accessible poses, fluid movement, and mindful breathwork.
