One Day at a Time Chi Gong
Following the success of the recent Kofi Arts Martial Chi Gong classes on Managing Sugar, we are pleased to invite you to the One Day at a Time Chi Gong workshop. This special afternoon will assist you in developing your own day to day health practise.
The event will cover
The One Day at a Time Chi Gong workshop will provide an afternoon of hands-on activity covering swinging routines, acupressure points, self-massage, stretching and breath work. Kofi will take you through the day-to-day application of these methods and show you how you can use them to heal, manage and balance your energy.

What to bring
Please come in loose, comfortable clothing as you will be exercising and applying these techniques.
As part of the LIFEGROUP programme you are encouraged to bring a friend(s) that you might wish to work with and share your health goals with (in the future).
You are advised to eat a a light lunch/meal at least 2 hours prior to the class so that your stomach is not full when exercising. A refreshing soup will be served towards the end of the session.
About Alvin Kofi
Alvin Kofi is a fine artist, martial artist and health practitioner who has been practising for over 25 years. His love of martial arts lead him to the practise of Chi Gong, and later Yoga, in order to maintain his own health and fitness. He regularly delivers classes and talks on these subjects.
