Event description

Description

One Krakow is a new, long-term initiative bringing together foreigners and locals in Krakow. Join us for a dynamic day of workshops, presentations, thoughtful discussion, comedy, entertainment, and more.

We’d like to bring you a taste of just a few of the things that make Krakow such a diverse and culturally rich place to live. New and existing initiatives led by and for the local and international communities will be showcased in fresh, special-edition formats designed especially for this one-of-a-kind event.

Get your voice, project, initiative heard in open mic and Open Coffee Krk -style sessions—or (for those of you who love the camera) in an all-day video booth, brought to you by Krakow TV, where you can share your own views and experiences of living in Krakow, and the Open Kraków programme.

See what’s up in the community, and maybe even meet someone new—there will be plenty of networking opportunities to do so.

Whatever you feel like—local, foreigner, immigrant, expat—if you find yourself in Krakow on the 25th of February, this event is for you. Come and go as you please, or stay along for the whole ride. Check out the detailed agenda below. Let’s see if Krakow really is a small world, after all. ;)

HOSTS
Collaborate, Krakow!
Emilia Meres FuckUp Nights Krakow
Kraków Expats Directory
The Krakowist
Richard Lucas (TEDxKazimierz Curator) + TEDxKazimierz Team
SIETAR Polska

Please bear in mind that this is a volunteer effort with zero budget organised by a team working together for the first time to contribute to the community. Each of the organisations represented has organised its own events in the past so we have track record and experience.

Be respectful of speakers and presenters, not talking while they are on stage. Come with the attitude "how can I help and contribute" rather than "what's in this for me".
