I've never made a video call before? How do I access the call?

As long as you have access to a mobile phone, whether iphone or Android, you will be able to take video calls. I use facetime on iphone or whatsapp on Android, both of these are really foolproof and the screen is really clear. Providing you have decent wifi coverage, you really don't need to worry !

Can you take non UK calls?

Yes, providing you give me both your area code and country code, and check the time difference as these bookings are based on UK time.

What sort of information do you need before the call?

I just ask for a simple background to your hair loss (a couple of lines), whether you've worn a topper before and contact information (phone number, whether iphone or android for example. It's really helpful if you can send me a couple of photos of your natural hair so I can see the colour/length.
