If this is your first engagement with us, this session will include a diagnostic review of your business or business idea. We will discuss the funded support available to you and book further support to help you in your business journey. Up to 12 hours of support will be offered.

A 121 clinic is right for you if:

• You are a trading business and need help marketing and with creating a marketing plan
• You have recently started trading and would like to check that everything is in place
• You are setting up a website and would like someone to review it
• You are new to social media and would like practical help with setting up a Facebook page, creating a LinkedIn profile, setting up an Instagram account etc
• You need additional help with areas such as: running a business, sales, marketing, time management

You will leave the session with a detailed action plan and an agreed programme of support.
