Description

Unable to get to a class at a time that suits you and want to take a mindfulness course? You can still take a course with us as a one-to-one, either face-to-face at our venue in West Kilbride or take the course by the distance learning route over the telephone. This course is available as one-to-one over the phone:

Everyday Mindfulness for Everyday Living (MBSR)

The format and content are the same as for the class. The course is delivered through a course handbook, audio link and weekly individual phone calls or meetings. The course last eight/six weeks, with weekly phone tutorials lasting 60 minutes at a time to suit. Register and pay for your course online or contact us directly at
