One-to-One Session With Lois Ancestral (With Free Consultation)

My energetic field is a highly sensitive, supportive, dynamic space — available to hold and accompany you, in a way that is extremely attentive to your specific needs.

Each session is tailored intuitively to — however you are in each moment; and to anything you may consciously request (respectfully). I am able to honour you as you are while holding space for your becoming. I can contain both your pain and your divinity... your suffering and your transformation... your present moment and your future potential.

My own experience has journeyed through:

Emotional abuse, emotional neglect, loneliness, social isolation, addiction, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, complex PTSD, Munchausen’s, creative blocks, self-expression blocks, sexual abuse, relationship rupture, poverty mindset, suicidality, and near-death experience.

These are more than topics I have studied. They are territories I have survived, lived, integrated... and grown to become a unique medicine for.

My areas of expertise and practice include:

Emotional healing and integration, somatic experiencing, parts work, belief work, self-expressive healing, creative expression, freeing the voice, authenticity, empowerment, complex processing, relationship mastery, win-win integration, conscious co-creation, ancestral healing, psychedelic integration, extrasensory abilities, and the nature of reality.

These are also much more than areas of education. They are ongoing territories I continue to evolve as an authentic medicine for... through brave experience and daily devotion.

I meet you wherever you are... as we walk home together. You don't have to do this alone.

Session information and contract:

• Email me at[ loisancestral@gmail.com ]to request your free 30-minute consultation. Please let me know — what you want to focus on during this session; and your availability. We will arrange a time and date that works for both of us. My availability usually sits between 12pm–6pm GMT. If the consultation feels aligned for both of us, we can go ahead and book your session.

• Each session is 90 minutes long. The price per session is a sliding scale between £155 and £355, paid via PayPal [ PayPal.me/LoisAncestral ]. I will let you know when we reach 60 minutes so we can begin a gradual closing — honouring your process AND my boundaries... is a joint responsibility.

• After booking by making your payment, please email me — what you want to focus on during this session; and your availability. We will arrange a time that works for both of us. If absolutely necessary, you may reschedule once per booking, with 24+ hours’ notice.

• Sessions are held via Google Meet. I will send you a link via email in time for the session.
