REFUND POLICY

General Cancellations

Once a swim has been booked, no refunds will be available. However if you notify Triskeli swims 14 days prior to your event then your place may be transferable to another date or refunded (booking fee and admin charges apply*).

Pandemic

All cancellations due to any pandemic outbreak will be transferred at no extra cost, or refunded (booking fee and admin charges apply*).

Bad Weather

In the event that we have to postpone your swim due to bad weather, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.

Fitness of Swimmer

Please note that an endurance swim like this puts stress on your body. Therefore we strongly recommend that all swimmers undergo a medical examination prior to their swim. Anyone taking part without a medical does so at their own risk and will need to sign a disclaimer. Should the Triskeli team decide that you are not able to complete your swim at any point, we reserve the right to cancel your event for your safety. Triskeli swims will not give a refund.

* As this is a solo guided swim, the pilot and crew will have allocated a day to your swim and will have turned down other employment opportunities. Triskeli swims thanks you for your understanding. The booking fee and admin charges will therefore be retained.
