What happens if I need to cancel my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. No cancellation or refunds after 14 days of booking. You can transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the organiser no less than 24 hours in advance of the event(s) by emailing info@chandniyoga.com

Question 2

What happens in case of bad weather?

Accepted Answer

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. Outdoor events are weather dependent and ticket holders will be informed in case of postponement or cancellation. In case of cancellation, refund will be offered as credit toward other events or by returning the payment.

Question 3

I have never done yoga. Can I attend the event?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience of yoga is needed for this event. Please ensure to check with your medical provider if you have any conditions or reasons that may prevent you from moving. We will be doing postures that will require sitting and getting up from the floor / yoga mat.

Question 4

Do I need bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Please bring the following: 
Ticket (printed or on your phone app). 
Yoga mat (limited mats available at the venue).
Yoga blanket / throw (to keep warm during meditation).
Yoga blocks and straps (if available).
A water bottle.

Question 5

Any suggestions for getting there and parking?

Accepted Answer

Gunwharf Quays underground car park - postcode PO1 3TZ.

On leaving the carpark and entering the shopping area Central Square, following the one way system towards the waterfront then turn right towards the Spinnaker Tower.  The entrance to the Spinnaker Tower is opposite Café Nero and Burger King.
