100% recommend! Absolutely brilliant, I love it just as much as my two girls. So interesting and completely interactive. Every single person there was completely focused and engaged. 10/10

I booked this experience for my 3 children in the summer holidays, not fully knowing what to expect and to be totally honest didn’t think I’d actually enjoy it but wow! Myself and my children were totally blown away by it! What an experience it was. We saw so many animals and insects that I have never imagined being able to see before, I couldn’t believe how brave all the children were handling them all too! The guys and lady were so informative and patient with the children (and animals!) I can honestly say that was one of the highlights of our summer holidays and would recommend it to anyone, even adults!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy a ticket to accompany my children?

Yes! Every entrant requires a ticket. All adults and children 4 years and over need a £15 ticket. 2 and 3 year olds require a £6 ticket (bring proof of age if your 3 year old is big!) Babies (under 2) need a free ticket (so that we can know numbers and space requirements before the event).

Can I bring my baby to the event?

Yes, non walking/crawling infants can always be brought to the event without charge, but please select a free ticket at checkout so that we know numbers and space requirements for prams before the event.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 mins before the start time. There is plenty to see to keep little ones entertained before the start of the encounter. We will not delay the start for latecomers. If you have chosen the VIP owl experience you must arrive at least 15 mins before the start time.

Are there any other recommendations for visitors?

Make sure you have a camera or your phone is fully charged to take photos (please put phones on silent). Make sure you wear layers of clothing that can be removed as the room can be quite warm as most of our animals are warm loving.

Is parking available at the event?

Yes, there is a small car park in front of the centre, and then another free public car park about a 3 minute walk away on Abbots Road WD5 0AW
