Following a successful set of workshops in London, Sophie brings her project ONiiiT to Cardiff, in conjunction with Somewhereto_, ProMoCymru and The Modern Alchemists.

ON iiiT, which is funded by o2 Think Big, is a series of workshops aiming to bring people of all backgrounds, beliefs, faiths, sexualities and genders together to participate in inclusive and creative sessions.

“I’m so excited to be raising money for such a good cause, whilst also giving back to the local community where I grew up. Cardiff is such a thriving city and it’s so wonderful to be able to add to the creativity here” said Sophie.

“I believe, if more young people are provided with support to make a difference in the wider community, the more skilled, confident and socially responsible they will become. These courses are an accessible, fun and exciting way for people to develop their creativity, sense of empowerment and self-confidence in a safe space”

What participants get:

- Up to 6 drop in creative masterclasses exploring creativity, creative writing, storytelling and poetry
- Free notebook and pen

ON iiiT

Led by experienced events organiser and facilitator Sophie, The Cardiff Christmas Bazaar aims to raise money for Y Care International Citizen Service. www.justgiving.com/SophieYCare.

International Citizen Service is a once in a life time opportunity for young people to volunteer overseas, contributing to ethical and sustainable projects, broaden skills and confidence, create international networks and develop a global sense of responsibility.

Participants are trained and supported through the entire process, including completing an 'action at home' project on their learning on placement.

Fundraising goes directly to Y- Care international ICS, to ensure that the programme remains inclusive and accessible for young people in the UK, overseas and local partners.

All donations no matter how small or large are appreciated. Including support at the events, shares and write ups on social media and volunteering your time.
