About this Event

THREE-WEEK RELAXING GUIDED MEDITATIONS with Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo.

HOW THE COURSE IS RUN : The course will be run remotely until further notice. When you sign up, you will receive a link to a video of each class. The link will be sent to your email address on the day of the class and will remain valid for seven days.

ABOUT THE COURSE - MEDITATIONS FOR RELAXATION :

  • 15 minute talk explaining how to engage in a simple relaxing meditation
  • 15 minute guided meditation
  • Each week will be a different breathing meditation practice

WHO CAN ATTEND THE COURSE :

This course is open to anyone in Berkshire ¦ Buckinghamshire ¦ Oxfordshire ¦ Surrey

ADVICE FOR ONLINE CLASSES : Please find a comfortable and quiet place that you consider special in your home or room. Prepare yourself before the class begins by turning off your phone, avoiding distractions, making sure you can focus on the teaching for its duration. Have a notebook to write down some of the key points of the teaching that you want to remember and integrate in your life. Enjoy!
