About this Event

This is a six week course running online over 6 weekly one hour sessions on Thursdays - 1.30 - 2.30pm from 2nd May - 6th June 2019.

The course is for adults who have had a formal diagnosis of ADHD.

The course offers a supportive, helpful and structured approach to addressing your ADHD, which includes:

  • Strategies for coping with ADHD;
  • Fostering belief that change is possible;
  • Improving mental well-being and self-understanding;
  • Facilitating discussion on topics relating to your ADHD;
  • Exploring issues you face as a result of your condition.
  • Identifying personal strengths which come from ADHD and creating conditions for personal change.

What you need to take part:

Simply a device with a webcam (ideally an iPad/tablet or laptop) and a decent Wifi connection. The course is run using 'Zoom' software and we will email you before it starts to tell you how to join - this will involve downloading a small app onto your advice which allows Zoom to run.

Tickets cost £5 for the whole course – but this will be refunded if you attend 4 out of 6 sessions.
