Adult ADHD Course

About this Event

This is a six week course running online over 6 weekly one hour sessions on Thursday evenings - 7 - 8pm from 2nd May - 6th June 2019.

The course is only for adults who have had a formal diagnosis of ADHD.

The course offers a supportive, helpful and structured approach to addressing your ADHD, which includes:

  • Strategies for coping with ADHD;
  • Fostering belief that change is possible;
  • Improving mental well-being and self-understanding;
  • Facilitating discussion on topics relating to your ADHD;
  • Exploring issues you face as a result of your condition.
  • Identifying personal strengths which come from ADHD and creating conditions for personal change.

What you need to take part:

Simply a device with a webcam (ideally an iPad/tablet or laptop) and a decent Wifi connection. The course is run using software called 'Zoom'. We will email you before the session with details of how to download the Zoom app onto your advice so that you can log in to the sessions. You will be able to see the other participants and Marianne, the course facilitator.

Tickets cost £5 for the whole course – but this will be refunded if you attend 4 sessions
