Got a busy schedule and struggling to fit in exercise? Looking to keep fit, tone and have fun? Have you done a little bit of ballet before and looking to re-start? This is your chance!!
Emily Dance is offering online adult ballet classes that can be taken from anywhere (all you need is a computer or tablet with internet connection). Ballet classes are streamed on a Thursday 7.30pm-8.30pm. Each session is tailored to dancers who have had a little bit of previous experience aged 18 years and over- there is no age limit 😊
