Master the art of delivering change​

The Agile Master for NHS is an immersive training programme. Designed specifically for the NHS, it blends theory, exercises and NHS examples to develop a thorough working knowledge of how to use agile. You learn how to use agile to manage change, improve care and reduce managers and teams feeling overwhelmed.

Who should attend​

Practice and PCN Managers, Clinical leads, Head of services, GP Partners,  Business managers and Medical or Nursing directors

• Feel fatigued from constant change and high demand?
• Want a practical approach to simplify and prioritise everything on your plate?

No Agile experience is required.

• Learn about agile as a way to design patient journeys and internal processes to provide fast effective care
• Learn how to use agile to focus your efforts, identify priorities, prototype solutions and implement changes
• Case studies from both primary and secondary care
• Find out how to get large groups of staff to collaborate and solve problems
• Discover techniques to help balance patient care, service improvements and daily management
