Master the art of delivering change​

The Agile Master for Public Services is an immersive training programme. It blends theory and practical exercises to develop a thorough working knowledge of Agile. You learn how to use Agile to deliver complex change projects within the public sector.

Who should attend​

Transformation business partners, Project managers, Operations coordinators, Transformation delivery managers, Project officers, Information analysts, Project support officers.

• Need to find a way for large groups to collaborate on complex change projects and programmes?
• Struggle with projects getting bogged down and need a way to deliver change at pace?
• Need help understanding how to design services to meet your users’ needs?

If yes, then our Agile Master in Public Services gives you the understanding, core knowledge and confidence to apply Agile to your complex change programmes.

No Agile experience is required.
