Online Antenatal Course 4 weeks - December 2025

Join us for a 4-week course (delivered via Microsoft Teams) every Tuesday evening 6pm-8pm.

This course aims to prepare you for the upcoming birth of your baby and journey into parenthood.

Class 1: Labour & birth without interventions and self-help techniques (Tues 2nd December)

Class 2: When assistance is needed and analgesia (Tues 9th December)

Class 3: Infant feeding and bonding with your baby (Tues 16th December)

Class 4: The immediate postnatal period and care of your new baby (Tues 23rd December)

The link for the class can be accessed via your Eventbrite order confirmation email and is valid for all 4 sessions.

From week 2, join us at 5.45pm each Tuesday for a short hypnobirthing relaxation- all classes start at 6pm.
