Join us for an online gathering where autistic and ADHD individuals can come together to share their voices and make an impact.
In this session we'll be focusing on experiences around accessing support in Rotherham in relation to the All-Age Autism Strategy priorities.
The priorities include:
- Mental health
- Information & Advice
- Diagnostic Process
- Education
- Physical Health
- Employment & Volunteering
- Housing
- Social Care
- Hospital Admissions
- Unpaid Carers
- Criminal Justice System
As a group we'll chat about what has worked well and what has not worked well when accessing support for yourself, this could be through the NHS/local authories, charities and third sector groups and more! Your voice will be used to influence and shape the delivery plan for the All Age Autism Strategy in Rotherham.
We'll also talk about the future of the Voice & Influence groups, we'll be planning more sessions in the future very soon so please watch this space!
When: Wednesday 22nd October 17.30-19.00
Where: Online Via Teams. Once you have booked your place you will be emailed a link to join
Who: Autistic adults age 18+ (ADHD adults are also welcome but please we aware the project is on the All-Age Autism Strategy) who live/have lived in Rotherham and accessed local services

The group will be facilitated by Ellie (Project Lead -All Ages Autism Strategy & RANSS Peer Support). The audio of the session will be recorded for the purpose of note-taking.
