Join me for this virtual workshop where I will cover all things related to baby sleep for babies between the ages of 4-12 months. I'll be sharing valuable insights, practical advice, and answer all your burning questions. The 90-120 minute workshop (via teams) will focus on:

• The importance of sleep.

• How much sleep should you, and your child should be getting.

• How can you structure your child’s sleep in a way that works for their age.

• Top tips for getting your child to get better quality, longer and more restful sleep.

• How to implement a great routine.

• Practical steps to take if your little ones sleep is difficult at the moment, without resorting to the “cry it out” method.

You will also have the opportunity to ask any sleep related questions as part of the session.

Frequently asked questions

Does my baby need to be aged 4-12 months to attend?

No - the purpose of this workshop is to educate you on what to expect from a little one's sleep between these ages, so it doesn't matter if they are younger. If your little one is already over 12 months then get in touch to register for a workshop targeted at older babies and toddlers.

My baby sleeps well. Do I really need this workshop?

If things are going well then there's no need to change anything! However, in our experience as sleep experts, we know that baby's sleep needs change frequently, so it always helps to be aware of what can change as they grow and how to help them adjust.

Will you cover the 4 month sleep regression?

Yes! This is a key part of understanding your little one's sleep as they get older and will be discussed.

I don't have childcare. Will this be a problem?

Absolutely not. Feel free to bring your little one along. You can keep your mic/camera switched off - whatever works for you!

Will the session be recorded?

It won't be recorded however I will send out an information sheet to summarise the topics covered for you to refer back to anytime.
