Online Bed Yoga is a therapeutic journey designed to undo those patterns while you rest. Through deeply restorative poses, gentle somatic guidance, and reflections woven into the practice, this monthly workshop helps you retrain your nervous system, release the pressure to perform, and rediscover ease in your body.
This is for anyone longing to overcome burnout, soften their inner critic, and live more rested and fulfilling lives - all from the comfort of your own bed!
