What’s the structure of the session?

We begin with brief introductions, then move into guided conversations around your goals and what might be holding you back. I’ll share a few mindset tools and prompts to help you reflect, but the focus is on meaningful conversation, not formal training. You’ll leave with insight, not homework.

Question 3

How many people will be there?

Each session is intentionally kept small to create an open and supportive space. Maximum of  10–15.  You can keep your camera off if you are shy

Can I join if I’m not sure what my goal is yet?

Absolutely. Many people come to gain clarity. This space is perfect if you're in transition or simply curious about what’s next for you.

Question 5

I’m shy / not great with groups – is this for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There’s no pressure to speak if you’re not ready. Listening is powerful too, and you’ll find the environment very welcoming.

Can I come late or leave early?

We recommend attending the full session if possible, especially as we set intentions and build trust early on. But we understand life happens, just let us know.

Is there a dress code?

Nope. Come as you are, whether that’s in business casual or your lunchtime hoodie.
