Join us for the Online Birth Storytelling Workshop, a transformative experience designed to help Black and mixed Black heritage mums harness the healing power of storytelling and creative expression. Led by the compassionate therapeutic practitioner Quetnefert from Sankofa Healing Creative Arts, this workshop invites you to participate in a variety of simple yet meaningful creative exercises and writing prompts. These activities aim to help you shape, reclaim, and honour your personal birth experience, whatever that may look like.
This session is not about sharing sorrow, but finding strength through connection in a safe and nurturing environment to process and honour the many forms of baby loss, including the often painful experience of having children removed by the system. Together, we will share our stories, listen to one another with genuine compassion, and explore multiple pathways of healing.
Whether you are a mother who has personally experienced loss or someone who has supported a grieving loved one, you are welcome to join our community. This workshop is an opportunity for reflection, connection, and hope, where you can find solace among others who understand the complex emotions that accompany loss.
Reserve your spot now and embark on a transformative journey of empowerment and community.
