Online Career Coaching - November 10th
Monday, November 10, 2014 from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM (GMT)
This is an online small group career coaching session (maximum 6 people). It is part of the 'Discover Your Brilliance' series of work we are doing and aimed at job seekers changers and those wishing to be more fulfilled at work. The Coaching session will last 1 hour ant there will be the chance to ask individual questions as well as working in a group format.
Over the lastfew years we have worked face to face with over 5,000 students and graduates making the transition from education to the world of work. Over this time a pattern has emerged. People often come us wanting advice on how to improve their CV, perform better at interviews or get a job.
What we have found is that the key to what people really need and want lies elsewhere. What is most often missing is the understanding and practice of 'How to create extraordinary value with integrity'.
We have found this to be a much deeper, more powerful and potentially transformational point of leverage.
It involves enabling people to get a much clearer sense of:
Their Values - What is important to them
Their Brilliance - What they have to offer
Their Purpose - The contribution they want to make
Once a person is clear on these three things it becomes relative easy for them to look at opportunities that are out there (or create them) and see how well they fit bsed on their values, brilliance and purpose.
The session willl be facilitated and led by personal development experts from Elemental Practice LLP, Founders of The Spring Project. www.springproject.co.uk
