Celebrate World Chocolate Day by learning the art of slow tasting and joining a guided tasting of award-winning craft chocolate.
About this event
To celebrate World Chocolate Day 2022, Kathryn Laverack of Cocoa Encounters and Lincolnshire based craft chocolate maker Duffy Sheardown have teamed up to curate a #madeinlincolnshire chocolate tasting experience.
Through a tasting of fine-flavour cocoa beans and seven of Duffy's outstanding bars, you will learn how he selects the finest quality beans and the skill required to engineer his award-winning taste experiences.
Certified chocolate taster and international chocolate judge Kathryn Laverack will teach us the art of slow tasting and remind us how to judge the true quality of our chocolate.
Venue: Virtual event delivered via Zoom
Time: 7.30pm – 9.30pm
Tickets are £29.95 plus £4.00 postage giving a total price of £33.95 which includes access to the event and a tasting box for two people.
Tasting boxes will be posted out by First Class Post, the week before the event.
The tasting kit contains milk and dark chocolate.
