About this Event
Mentoring and Coaching online
Trainer: Pam Heneberry
Research carried out by The Institute of Leadership and Management has demonstrated that enhancing your coaching and mentoring skills helps to make you a better leader and a more effective manager. Line managers and mentors are generally not equipped to coach and mentor; they lack the knowledge, the skills, the self-confidence and the experience.
About the course
This four-part course will guide you through the basics of good practise in coaching and mentoring and lead to a qualification with The Institute of Leadership and Management.
The programme consists of 4 x half day sessions plus a tutorial session, delivered online. It is practical and interactive, ensuring you understand the theory and have the opportunity to apply your skills.
On successful completion of 6 further hours of coaching or mentoring you will receive an approved certificate awarded by The Institute of Leadership and Management
