To help you identify your strengths, improve your listening & interpersonal communication skills and your ability to create rapport & build relationships online and in your team/s. We give you a practical, effective preparation routine for speaking online, which together with stress-release exercises and techniques that enhance your ability to focus, you can contribute and express your priorities with ease.

This workshop comes with a one hour 1-on-1 session with the trainer at a mutually agreed date & time. Perfect for re-capping the workshop, or preparing for a specific event you may have.

These are on Zoom. Upon completion of your booking you will be sent an email with the relative link, along with instructions for what to prepare. Clicking on the link (in the email) will direct you to a waiting room. All participants enter the workshop at the same time.

This 1 day intensive is capped at 8 participants to make full use of the time together.
