A medium-intensity workout using bodyweight or small hand weights targeting multiple areas of the body.

About this event

Conditioning is a medium intensity workout that will have you working up a sweat and focuses on multiple areas of the body using your body weight and dumbbells. You will soon be aware of muscles you didn’t know you had!

You will need a mat & a set of dumbbells (3kg should be fine). I recommend you wear appropriate clothing & footware for exercise & have water available to drink.


The PAR-Q Questionnaire (in link above) is mandatory. If you choose to partake in the class against the advice in the PAR-Q or without completing it, you do so at your own risk. S.E.A.L Fitness & Emma Seal cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness or death caused by taking part in the session.

A link to access the class will be found on your ticket. Please click on this link or copy it into your browser 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.

The class is run through Zoom - an online video platform. Please ensure you have sufficient internet connection & are able to see your device throughout the session. Zoom is free to use by those taking part in the class. You have the option when joining the class to be seen & heard by others. If you choose to be seen & heard please remain polite & curteous to others - anyone not doing so will be removed from this & future sessions.
