This training is fully interactive and is delivered via Microsoft Teams from our professional Training Studio by an experienced Corporate Coach Group Trainer. The sessions start at 9am, with breaks at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. We finish at 4.30pm.

This course qualifies for six CPD training hours, plus additional independent post-course learning.

  • How to resolve conflicts based on a clash of ideas, opinions and personalities
  • Be exact in your description of what is wrong
  • Always speak clearly, rationally and with a positive attitude
  • Handling negativity and cynicism and social bullying
  • Learn how to de-escalate situations
  • How to avoid losing your temper
  • Influence situations with positive suggestions
  • Handling conflicts arising from poor performance or unacceptable behaviour
  • Deal with conflicts rationally, not avoidance or high emotion
  • Talk about what you can do, not what you cannot do
  • Distinguish between cynics and critical thinkers
  • Distinguish reasons from excuses and have a different policy for each
  • Learn when to compromise and when to stand firm
  • Use objective, factual language, not derogatory, emotional language
  • Use the correct level of assertiveness
  • Use of proper body language and voice tones
  • Suggest practical solutions and ask for an agreement
