what should I expect during the session?

Starting with gentle guided meditation, Nadia will then guide you into a 40-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session, harnessing the power of your breath to release blockages, and restore balance.

how do I prepare before the session and what to do I bring?

Avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals prior to the session A water bottle to stay hydrated An eye mask or scarf (optional) to deepen your inner focus A journal and pen to jot down any insights or reflections Wear comfortable clothing and have a blanket or warm layer for relaxation moments

are there any contraindications?

If you're suffering from a heart condition, high blood pressure, bipolar, schizophrenia, untreated diabetes or are pregnant, go gently and please only breathe through the nose.
