What to expect from a Conscious Connected Breathwork session
Conscious connected breathwork is a continuous breath, without a pause between the inhale and exhale. Breathing this way allows us to drop out of our conscious mind (thinking) and into our subconscious. This can lead to profound personal development as we experience a deeper connection to / awareness of ourselves, others, and things around us. You may experience a release of built-up emotions, deep relaxation, clarity, connection to your body, or a state of complete flow. The session will be 30 minutes of breathwork with time for technique explanation and integration either side.
How to prepare:
- Please read the waiver
- Ensure your space is clear of items you might knock over
- Be in space where you can sit or lie comfortably (your bed is fine!)
- Have a glass of water accessible to you
- Ideally, wear headphones so you can easily control the volume of my voice and music
- Wear comfy loose clothes and have a blanket or extra layer within reach
- You may like to wear an eyemask to deepen your experience
- If writing is a helpful processing tool, you may like to bring some paper or your journal.
