Get ready to strengthen your core from the comfort of your own home with our virtual core conditioning class. Led by experienced instructor Rita, this class will target your abs, obliques, and lower back to help you improve your overall strength and stability.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class is suitable for all levels. All you need is a mat and some space to move around. No fancy equipment required!
You only need Yourself, cushions or pillows, Broom stick or a stick, 2 X 2 litres bottle water to use as weights and of course please stay hydrated. If you already have dumbells or resistance bands at home you can use those too. Most of the exercises will be using your own bodyweight.
