Strategic CSR - Embedding CSR in businesses and creating 'Triple Wins'
Designed to be interactive, this course aims to provide participants with an overview of the changing landscape of CSR, reviews case studies and shares practical strategies to help companies embed CSR in their core business.
For businesses setting up operations in countries outside their main site, this course shares insights on how CSR can serve as a lever in negotiations when investing overseas and how essential it is to build a robust business case for CSR.
The three-part online course on corporate social responsibility focuses on strategic CSR (beyond philanthropy) and how to create 'Triple Wins' that will result in greater benefits for shareholders and other key stakeholders.
Made up of Tutor-led live virtual/online sessions, review and completing of workbooks, listening to and reading learning resources including case studies and preparing an Action Plan for implementation post-training, this online course offers participants 20 hours of learning.
