About this Event

This creative cashflow course uses an enjoyable framework that enables delegates to build a usable template for managing their cash and planning for future events and activities. Common issues are addressed through discussion of real situations that take account of delegates primary need to turn their innovative and creative ideas into reality through a healthy enterprise.

The rationale of how an enterprise creates, delivers and captures value is made central to the process of building a picture of income and expenditure for the enterprise through a creative and relevant cashflow forecast. Taking a workbook approach supported by online, facilitator led activities, delegates will be given information relevant to the creative industries and build an interactive template that is both relevant to their enterprise and will enable delegates to easily keep careful control of income and expenditure - to avoid any unwelcome surprises.

This course is complemented by the Creative Pricing Programme

Summary of learning outcomes:

By the end of the session, delegates should be able to:

1. Make financial decisions related to current business environment.

2. Develop an understanding of income and expenditure. Where is income coming from. Where is expenditure going to.

3. Understand what is happening with cash, identify alternative sources.

4. Build a relevant picture of own business and make it relevant.

5. Take control, keep it real and manage day to day, week to week and month to month.

About the Speaker

A Business Psychologist, Chartered Quality Professional, Management Accountant, and qualified Business Coach, Stephen is in demand in the UK as a speaker on entrepreneurship with a proven track record with Boards, Senior Executives and New Business Start-ups both internationally and in the UK.

Graduate Qualifications in Quality Management. He is a member of The British Psychological Society and a Chartered member of the Institute of Quality Assurance. Stephen is also a Licenciate of the City and Guilds Institute and holds a Cert Ed gained at Oxford.

Time:

A 2 hour workshop broken into three sessions with two 10 minute breaks.
