Our online courses will equip you with the tools, knowledge and confidence to support your partner during labour and birth, bond with your baby and embrace parenthood. These courses are designed specifically for dads or partners to help support mums/birthing people.

During the course, you will:

  • Understand how to be a supportive birth partner
  • Learn how to keep your partner relaxed and comfortable through labour and birth (as well as yourself!)
  • Prepare for life with a newborn: understand your baby’s needs, safe sleep, soothing your baby, routines
  • Strengthen your confidence: we discuss strategies for managing stress, pressure, work-life balance, adjusting to life changes
  • Connect with other dads/partners and share your questions, concerns and experiences as you prepare for parenthood
  • Receive free resources

These workshops take place online using Zoom - we'll send you an email invite before each session.

Sessions run over three weekday evenings, so you can learn from the comfort of your sofa!

Our workshops are delivered by Zoe or Michelle, our qualified NCT antenatal trainers.
