Drinkaware training is recommended for staff working in licensed premises and is supported by the Cardiff Licenses Forum.
The course introduces staff to methods of spotting and tips in supporting customers who may be vulnerable due to alcohol.
The online course should take around thirty minutes to complete and delegates will receive a e-certificate on completion.
E-learning can be a stand alone course or as part of a staff induction.
