What can I expect during the session?

You can expect a friendly, supportive environment. The class begins with gentle breathing and warm-ups, followed by Pilates exercises focused on posture, strength, and flexibility. I'll guide you with clear instructions and offer modifications. We’ll finish with a calming stretch and relaxation.

The class will take place online via Google Meet.  The link will be sent to you after you complete the required PAR-Q form.

Can I join the session late?

We encourage punctuality, but understand things can happen. To get the most out of the session, it's best to join early. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow, so we kindly ask for your understanding if you need to join after the class has started

I’m Olena, a certified Pilates instructor in the UK and Ukraine, teaching since 2021. Pilates is my passion, and I’m committed to bringing the latest techniques to each session. I’m excited to help you feel stronger, balanced, and relaxed while discovering the benefits of Pilates!

Please complete the PAR-Q before attending the class. If your doctor has cleared you for physical activity, you are welcome to join. Let me know about any health conditions or injuries so we can provide modifications and ensure your comfort throughout the session.
