An online guided meditation to open your Third Eye Chakra and to release any old goals and targets.

This online guided meditation is created to help you release old energetic connections and emotional ties that are no longer supporting you. In this session, we will focus on clearing the attachments that sit in the energy centers of the body, helping you reconnect with clarity, ease and grounded presence.


Opening the Third Eye Chakra

In the first part of the session, we will work with the Third Eye chakra, the energy center linked to perception, intuition and inner knowing. Through grounding, breath awareness and guided visualization, you will be invited to gently quiet mental noise and tune into a calmer, more receptive state. It is about creating the conditions for insight, clarity and inner listening to arise naturally, in a way that feels safe and grounded.


Releasing Old Goals and Softening Inner Resistance

The second meditation focuses on releasing old, incomplete goals and commitments that may still be drawing energy from your system. These are often aims we once needed or believed in, but which no longer reflect who we are now.

Alongside this, we will work with the natural inner resistance that is designed to protect you from change. Rather than fighting or eliminating this part, you will be guided to soften it, acknowledge its role, and help it relax so your energy can move forward more freely.

This part of the meditation supports closure, recalibration and a sense of internal alignment.

This online guided meditation is suitable for:

This session may not be appropriate for absolute beginners who have never meditated before. A little bit of experience with mindfulness and meditation is preferred.
