At our Volunteer Teaching Skills Trainings session, you'll get a chance to learn some teaching skills ahead of becoming a Jacari tutor. We try to make it a fun, interactive workshop, that will include some teaching techniques, ideas for resources to use with your pupil, guidance around how best to support your pupil and what to do if you encounter an issue when tutoring.

Because of Covid-19, the training will take place online via Zoom - you will be sent the Zoom details the day before the training session.

The session will be lead by one of our Coordinators, and 2 of our volunteer committee, all previous volunteers with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm!
