Gentle but powerful and deep practices incorporating movement, breathwork, meditation, mantras and body locks to support you to let go of masking, performances, roles, explanations, justifications and allow yourself to rise and shine as your full messy beautiful self. This isn't fitness yoga but a deeper gentler self inquiry to find peace, connection, and joy.
Suitable for all adults regardless of bendyness, ability, body shape, size, sexuality, gender, melanation, neurotype, able-ness. Adjustments can be made for chair users and the use of supports and props are encouraged. Neurospicy friendly and all LGBTQIA+ people welcome.
You will need a mat or towel, blanket, cushion to sit on or chair and any props you might want for support. Wear anything comfortable you can move in.
