I continue to run a Laughter Yoga session on Thursdays via Zoom from 5.00 pm (British Summer time) for between 20 - 30 minutes each time.

Generally, I run these every week and the links and passwords are the same each time.

The nature of Laughter Yoga is to be playful, taking us back to our childhood. It may feel a bit outside your comfort zone to begin with but soon the laughter will become too contagious not to join in.

During the sessions we have some 'warm-ups' and then laughter exercises, based on everyday activities. In between we do some hand claps and chant positive refrains along with some deep breathing exercises. It is an aerobic exercise where we are playful and enjoy eye contact.
