About this event

LBT is a low-medium intensity workout that will still have you working up a sweat and focuses on these key areas of the body. Strengthening these areas of the body helps prevent back pain, increases the ability to perform better with other exercise and day-to-day activities. You will soon be aware of muscles you didn’t know you had!

You do not need any equipment, just space to move around. I recommend you wear appropriate clothing & footware for exercise & have water available to drink.

The PAR-Q Questionnaire (in link above) is mandatory. If you choose to partake in the class against the advice in the PAR-Q or without completing it, you do so at your own risk. A link to access the class will be found on your ticket. Please click on this link or copy it into your browser 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.

The class is run through Zoom - an online video platform. Please ensure you have sufficient internet connection & are able to see your device throughout the session. Zoom is free to use by those taking part in the class. You have the option when joining the class to be seen & heard by others. If you choose to be seen & heard please remain polite & curteous to others - anyone not doing so will be removed from this & future sessions.
